Sébastien Riffault is one of those rare people who aren't afraid of going completely against the grain. In a region that's known for its strict, technologically-made wines, Sébastien decided that wouldn't work for him. Having been inspired by tasting natural wines, early on he ditched the sulphites, switched to biodynamic farming and decided to embrace riper fruit. The results are deep and soulful expressions of Sauvignon.
