DELIVERY & RETURNS

We ship wines from our temperature-controlled warehouse directly to your doorstep, and offer FREE delivery on all orders of £90 or above. Delivery on orders below £90 is offered for £6.50.
While we always aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases wines that are ordered before 2PM will arrive with you the following working day, please allow 1-2 working days from time of order for guaranteed delivery.
A gift wrapping option is available and is charged at checkout on a per-order basis. For example, if you order a box of 6 bottles and pick gift wrapping at checkout, we will wrap all your bottles for an extra £2.50 only.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to quote you on an individual basis.
All deliveries are made via our logistics partners and fully trackable. You can be ensured that we handle our deliveries with utmost care to guarantee a safe and enjoyable delivery process using recycled packaging materials only.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses.

Our carbon footprint is very important to us. As such, we believe that once wine has been shipped to its initial destination, it shouldn't be shipped again. Bottles of wine are heavy, so this is not in the interest of the environment. With this mantra in mind, we unfortunately do not offer delivery to locations outside of the United Kingdom.
If you are interested in buying some of the featured wines in a different country, please contact us directly on email@example.com so we can try our best in assisting you to locate the wine in your area.
Your full satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your purchase or dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or the wrong wine has been delivered, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will arrange for collection, exchange or reimbursement.
Reimbursements are made within 14 days from the date you notify us, after the wines have been collected, returned and inspected.
All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make the original payment.
