Pét Nat 'Rurale' 2017

A wine that literally reinvents the idea of Mosel Riesling. Thorsten takes fermenting Riesling juice and finishes the fermentation in the bottle for a PetNat style sparkling. Rurale shows the same flinty, saline character but with a more creamy and luxurious texture. Like making the best Apple tart and adding a dollop of clotted cream on the side. 


Crémant d'Alsace 2017

A wine that is the tortoise in the vinous fairytale of the hare vs. tortoise. It proves that Crémant can be equally as enticing as Champagne—and in some cases, even more so. Full of life but understated, this tastes like the best lemon crêpe you've ever had. It will make eyes pop and jaws drop.


Pét Nat 'Ordinaire' 2019

A wine that comes from one of Claus Preisinger's super old vineyards planted with a mix of old Austrian grapes like Welschriesling and blended with his favourite grape Pinot Noir. After a few days on the skins the juice gets pressed and shortly after bottled to finish fermentation. Don't get fooled by the vibrant colour, this is serious Rosé sparkling territory!
