A Wine That
is unlike any Pinot you've ever had before. Are you a lover of Pinot, but prefer its fruitier, sweeter style? Then this is for you — with some botrytis affected berries, this takes on a gorgeous honeyed element. There's nothing quite like it—be prepared to be dazzled.

Where and How?
Raudonas: “Red” — this is Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines in a vineyard in Verdigny, planted on clay-limestone soils. Picked with 40% Botrytis affected grapes, and whole bunch macerated for ten days. After pressing, the wine is aged for two years in cuve, then an extra year in large old oak foudres before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered and without sulphites.
The Winemaker: Sebastien Riffault
Sébastien Riffault is one of those rare people who aren't afraid of going completely against the grain. In a region that's known for its strict, technologically-made wines, Sébastien decided that wouldn't work for him. Having been inspired by tasting natural wines, early on he ditched the sulphites, switched to biodynamic farming and decided to embrace riper fruit. The results are deep and soulful expressions of Sauvignon.
